Service Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service we have provided, please contact us within 14 days of service completion, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service was not performed as agreed upon in the original scope of work
- Equipment or materials provided by INSTA-TECH SYSTEMS are defective
- Significant delays caused by our team that were not communicated
- Service cancellation with appropriate notice (see Cancellation Policy below)
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Consultation fees for completed consultations
- Labor costs for work that has been completed as specified
- Custom-ordered equipment or materials purchased on your behalf
- Services where issues arise from customer-provided equipment
- Changes requested after work has been completed
Cancellation Policy
Before Service Date
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
During Service
If you choose to cancel a service while work is in progress, you will be responsible for payment of work completed up to that point, plus any materials already purchased or installed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of service completion
- Provide your service details (date, invoice number, description of work)
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Allow us the opportunity to address any issues before processing a refund
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Warranty on Work
We provide a 30-day warranty on labor for all completed services. If an issue arises with our workmanship within this period, we will return to address it at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, third-party modifications, or normal wear and tear.

If you are unsatisfied with our resolution of your refund request, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss the matter. We are committed to finding a fair solution for all parties involved.
