Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by INSTA-TECH SYSTEMS LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
INSTA-TECH SYSTEMS LLC provides technology installation and support services including, but not limited to:
- Smart home automation and installation
- Network and Wi-Fi setup and optimization
- Cable management and organization
- Home theater and entertainment system installation
- Business IT support and consulting
- General technology troubleshooting and support
Service Scheduling and Appointments
Services are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time. If we need to reschedule an appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge a fee for late cancellations or no-shows.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. We will provide a quote before beginning any work. Additional services not included in the original quote may result in additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with a 30-day labor warranty on all installations. If an issue arises due to our workmanship within this period, we will return to address it at no additional charge.
Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. We can assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer warranties.
Limitation of Liability
INSTA-TECH SYSTEMS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their needs and property
- Ensuring safe and accessible work environments
- Backing up important data before any service that involves computer or network work
- Securing pets during service appointments
- Obtaining any necessary permits or HOA approvals for installations
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of INSTA-TECH SYSTEMS LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
